Rick is a member of the Colliers International, Boise Industrial Brokerage Services Group. He specializes in acquisition and sales of commercial real estate as well as landlord and tenant representation for leasing commercial real estate. Rick worked 19 years in production management for Nestle USA, specializing in project coordination of processing, packaging, and new line installations. His last position was Production Manager for the PowerBar factory in Boise, responsible for all production and sanitation activities in the factory. Rick fell in love with Boise, and after a successful career with Nestle, began his real estate career. Rick joined the Colliers International Team after working with NAI Kowallis & Mackey for two years. He represented buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in commercial real estate transactions. Rick prides himself on his strong work ethic and attention to detail to successfully complete transactions.
