Greg joined the Milano-Shelton team of Colliers Arnold in August of 2007 as an Investment Administrator. He oversees all of the deal underwriting and Argus modeling and manages the Marketing and Due Diligence processes for the Retail Investment Team. Before joining Colliers Arnold he spent two years working with one of Marcus & Millichap’s most successful multi-family teams in Central Florida, closing over $85 million in transactions in 2006 alone. He began to focus on the Retail Investment market in January of 2007 and now specializes in the retail markets around Central Florida.
Greg has spent the past several years as the Executive Director of a charitable organization based in Central Florida and brings a great deal of business knowledge to the table. He has lived in the Winter Park area for over 9 years and has a very extensive knowledge of the local and regional retail and apartment markets.
