Since joining Colliers International in 2004, Randy’s primary focus has been assisting corporate users with the development and implementation of strategic real estate plans including the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate assets.

Randy’s specialty is greater Chicago tenant representation and national corporate services. As a part of the corporate real estate team, Randy maintains and develops relationships with Chicago-based Fortune 500 companies to represent their national/regional real estate portfolio.

His experience in this arena currently includes the exclusive representation of Honeywell International, a Fortune 100 company, on their North American portfolio. As such, Randy has completed numerous transactions throughout the US, Canada and Latin America. In addition, he has represented companies such as Sara Lee, Crowe Horwath and Invesco on Chicago area office acquisitions and dispositions.

Randy volunteers for projects with Chicago Cares, as a mentor for the Big Shoulders Fund, and on a monthly basis at the Joshua Center for Women.

In addition, Randy is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Young Office Brokers Association (YOBA).
