Rachel Scheer joined the Colliers Monroe Friedlander team in 2005.  Currently, Ms. Scheer manages approximately 200,000 square feel of retail properties.  Her properties include Pearlridge Uptown II, Center of Waikiki, 325 Seaside Avenue, 333 Seaside Avenue, Ewa Beach Shopping Center & Ewa Beach Professional Center. Her experience in property management includes the administration of leases, tenant retention, and long-range planning, as well as day-to-day operations.  

Prior to joining Colliers, Ms. Scheer worked in the property management field for American Assets, Inc. and Hagan Development Company. Her expertise in finance and development allows her to effectively identity issues for her clients.

Ms. Scheer is a professionally licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Hawaii.
