Peter Kelly joined Colliers International’s Office Advisory Group in August 2004. Peter’s primary focus is assisting tenants and owners develop and implement strategic real estate plans including acquisition and disposition and lease negotiation. Peter conducts extensive market due diligence in order to maintain comprehensive command of current market information and provide clients with real-time information.In 2010, Peter made Colliers Chicago’s “Everest Club”, which annually recognizes the top producers. At the time, Peter was the youngest broker in the firm’s history to be given such an honor. In 2011, Peter successfully completed three of the 10 largest suburban office lease transactions (as recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business). These transactions include a 163,000-square-foot lease to Sysmex Americas at 555 Aptakisic Road in Lincolnshire, IL, a finalist for NAIOP Suburban Office Transaction of the Year.Over the course of his career, Peter has successfully completed transactions totaling four million square feet.Prior to joining Colliers, Peter was an associate with Jones Lang LaSalle.
