Pete is a part of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker’s retail investment sales team in Kansas City and has sold over $65 million of investment properties. In addition to focusing on retail dispositions, Pete has extensive office, medical office and industrial sales experience. His clients include institutional investors, REITS and private real estate investment companies. He has experience marketing institutional quality assets on a national basis, marketing sale/leasebacks and off market deal transactions.
Prior to his affiliation with Colliers, Pete worked for an industrial real estate investment fund as a leasing and acquisition consultant. He was involved in leasing over one million square feet within a two year period. Pete also worked as a financial analyst and commercial loan underwriter for a national mortgage banking firm and was involved with the valuation of over $100 million of income producing property throughout the United States.
