Company Experience
Pete Farina joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris in July of 2006. Pete is part of the Industrial Services Group, where he is involved in acquisition, disposition, and portfolio management. Pete works one-on-one with countless elite brokers and developers in Northeast Ohio on a wide spectrum of real estate projects, issues, and ideas. His unique ability to manage disposition and aquisition services on local, regional and national levels are a testament to his exceptional organization and managment skills.
Prior Experience
Pete also leads the Colliers Ostendorf-Morris team in real estate services for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority. He manages the lease, sale and consultations on a daily basis for over 800 properties owned or operated by the GCRTA.
Pete has had the opportunity to work with Public Sector Solutions, a branch of Colliers OM, on new endeavors and opportunities. Public Sector has allowed him to experience the economic development division and obtain first hand experience dealing with transactions, proposals, and dialogue between numerous authority figures and municipalities.
