Pete has been with Colliers for over 12 years and is based in the Boise office. Currently, Pete oversees the maintenance division of Colliers Idaho, which consists of a staff of 14 maintenance technicians. Pete directly coordinates, reviews, and supervises all proposed construction projects. He is also responsible for designing and implementing all building operating procedures, including preventative maintenance, emergency and safety procedures, and service schedules. Pete will lead and provide backup support to the shared onsite Maintenance Technician.
Pete has been on the Construction and Facility Services industry for over 30 years. Pete is responsible for the performance of approximately $2 million in construction projects annually. Most notably, Pete is completing a $750,000 facility renovation for the American Institute of Health Technology, and a $3,000,000 Tenant Improvement for the University of Idaho. Pete has served as Project Manager, where he performed initial project feasibility studies, developed project specifications, conducted competitive bidding and provided quality control on the renovation of a 32,000 square foot college accredited, dental training facility.
Prior to working for Colliers, Pete served as the purchasing manager and construction supervisor of the National Center in Crystal City, Virginia, which is a 3 building Naval Office complex in excess of 1 million square feet.
