Company Experience

Paula Fishman joined Ostendorf-Morris Construction in 2001.  As a Project Manager, Paula manages and coordinates a wide variety of construction projects including retail, corporate, industrial, healthcare, as well as any projects in the non-profit sector.  She evaluates and determines the appropriate construction delivery system that will ensure the most cost-effective and timely approach for completely each project.  As Vice President of the company, her role extends to overseeing the progress of all projects within the company.

Professional Organizations and Community Involvement

Paula has served on the Boards of several organizations including Templum, which provides shelter and service to victims of domestic violence.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Jewish Volunteers in Action and the Cleveland Cultural Garden Federation, and is leading the effort to restore a community garden.

For the past eight years, Paula has served as a volunteer for the Richman Family Foundation, which raises money for brain cancer research and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Recently, Paula assumed the lead role in the corporate partnership Colliers has established with A.B. Hart Middle School in Cleveland, Ohio.

Education
Paula studied Interior Design at Kent State University and has continued her education through advanced courses in construction technology.

Achievements

Just prior to joining the Collier’s team, Paula managed the construction of a 150-bed Assisted Living facility in Westlake, Ohio. She has spent 12 years in various levels of construction, managing projects in retail, corporate, industrial and healthcare environments in both the public and private sectors.   Prior to moving into construction management, Paula provided interior design services for some of Cleveland’s premier corporations.   Her design background brings a unique dimension to construction management.
