Paul Kenny has lived in the Sun Valley area since 1974 and has been active in commercial real estate since 1999. Paul represents clients in all aspects of commercial brokerage, including commercial real estate leasing and sales, commercial investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, development and business brokerage. Paul focuses primarily on the markets located in the Wood River Valley, Idaho, including Sun Valley, Ketchum, Hailey and Bellevue.
Prior to entering into the commercial real estate field, Paul owned and operated numerous local retail businesses including a ski shop, a clothing store, and a restaurant and bar, all of which give him the background for a clear understanding of the market in the Wood River Valley area.
