Patrick Braswell joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble. in 2004. Mr. Braswell specializes in the representation of tenants and landlords, throughout Metro Atlanta, dealing with all aspects of their commercial real estate needs.
Mr. Braswell’s has negotiated thirty-five (35) lease transactions in his first eighteen (18) months with Colliers Spectrum Cauble, and was awarded the company’s Enthusiasm Award for 2004. In addition, Mr. Braswell has completed seven (7) multi-city lease transactions within the Colliers International partnership.

AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Braswell is a member of The Atlanta Board of Realtors and Young Council of Realtors. He enjoys coaching at NYO youth baseball organization, and attends The Buckhead Church in Atlanta, where he participates in a small group men’s bible study. In addition, Mr. Braswell volunteers at the Atlanta Mission Union Shelter, and Habitat for Humanity. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, and basketball.
