Patricia has been in Property Management for over 20 years and with Colliers for the last 4 years.  Patricia is responsible for the day-to-day property management of approximately 2 million square feet of office and retail properties.  As the Property Manager, Patricia is responsible for obtaining, understanding and administering to all tenant and client needs, as well as overseeing the accounting, lease administration, maintenance, security and customer service team members working on the property. 

Prior to working at Colliers, Patricia worked for The Horne Company in Houston, Texas, where she managed an approximate 2 million square foot portfolio.  Major projects include The Forum, a 500,000 square foot office tower with a focus petroleum and financial services business and Kirkland Center, a 150,000 square foot medical office tower.

Patricia received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management & Administration from Northwest Nazarene University.
