Nicole joined the Colliers Arnold Orlando office in February 2007. She has nine years experience in administrative work and recently obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Technology from Eastern Michigan University. She currently works on a team consisting of five Retail Brokers. As a Marketing Coordinator she is responsible for creating property flyers and banners, sending out e-mail blasts to market available space/property, as well as preparing, printing and binding site tour books. In addition she is also involved in creating property packages including doing the necessary research to compile the following data; aerial maps, demographics, tourism data, traffic volumes etc.
