Career History
Michael J. Taetz joined Colliers International in 1986, became a Principal in 1997, and currently serves as Director of the Industrial Group. Mr. Taetz joined the firm with a broad base of experience and a creative approach to brokerage services. Mike specializes in land sales and the leasing and sale of commercial and industrial properties, not only in Houston, but throughout the Gulf Coast region. Mike is a member of the Colliers International team that has developed a reputation for professionally providing unique solutions for solving complicated real estate marketing, dispositions, and acquisitions for their clients
Prior to joining Colliers, Mike worked as a construction manager with Brown & Root and the Trammell Crow Company.

Mike attended the University of Idaho and Colorado State University and received his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Construction Management from Colorado State University.
