Mike moved to the Treasure Valley in 1991. He became employed in the Semiconductor Industry and eventually held the title of Western U.S. Regional Sales Manager and Worldwide Micron Account Manager for SCP Global Technologies. Mike took a job with less travel so he could be with his family more often, and acquired an Idaho Real Estate License in 2004. Mike focused on understanding site selection, valuation, and entitlement process for development land. Mike was involved in bringing full entitlement to fi ve different projects in 2005-2007.
