Mike Flak joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris in 2004 as Vice President of the Appraisal Services operating out of the Akron, Ohio office.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Colliers, Michael Flak co-founded the Akron Appraisal Group, a full-service appraisal firm in 2001 with Gary Barker.  Akron Appraisal provided valuation services for mortgage financing, estate planning, eminent domain, tax appeal and acquisition/disposition.  Prior to 2001, Michael Flak worked as a fee appraiser with William Lemmon and Associates and The Roger A. Sours company.
