Company Experience
Michael joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris in December 2000 as the Industrial Database Coordinator in the Research department.  Initially responsible for assisting the Industrial Brokerage Department with site selection, tenant lease information, and tracking over 10,000 industrial properties in Northeast Ohio, his real estate experience to date has allowed him the ability to grasp an in-depth, practical knowledge of the disciplines of commercial real estate brokerage.

In October of 2003, Michael was promoted to sales associate in the Industrial Services Group.  As a Sales Associate, his responsibilities include assisting clients with property acquisition, disposition, leasing, land sales, property marketing and research, lease termination projects, purchase analysis, and build-to-suits.

Michael has sold over $13.5 million worth of real estate totaling over 400,000 square feet in his first 18 months as a sales associate with Colliers Ostendorf-Morris.  Included was a $4 million sale of a 105,000 square foot warehouse from the Ohio Department of Development to a local office supply company.  Michael also assisted in the disposition of a $4.4 million downtown office building to a local government agency that totaled 90,000 square feet.  He also represented Con-Belt, Inc. in the purchase of a $2.45 million manufacturing facility totaling over 85,000 square feet in Medina County.
