Maxwell Penn joined Colliers Neely Dales, LLC in 2007, a full service commercial real estate firm with in-house marketing, management, and tenant/buyer representation capabilities. Maxwell began his real estate career in 2004 with a Charlotte, NC based commercial real estate and business brokerage firm. While in Charlotte he specialized in retail brokerage for regional and national tenants. Maxwell is active in the local commercial real estate community as a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors (SABOR) and the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Savannah-Hilton Head (RCA). He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Real Estate and is a licensed broker in Georgia as well as North and South Carolina.
