Matthew Gramlich is a Leasing Associate in the Office Services Division of Colliers Monroe Friedlander offering both landlord and tenant representation. His professional experience includes listing services with Kamehameha Schools, Hawaii's largest private landlord at diverse properties such as Newtown Square, Puck’s Alley, Kahala Professional Building, Kahala Korner, Kahala Square, Varsity Building, and the Liberty Building consisting of over 182,000 square feet. As a landlord representative, his core focus is to fill vacancies with diligence, professionalism, and a relentless cadence.
Coming from a business solutions background, Mr. Gramlich adds consultative value to his tenant clients by identifying office dynamics that can affect bottom line profits such as wasted space, inadequate employee workflow, and overall loss of productivity inside of a business environment and offering solutions to those issues. By analyzing and assessing tenant needs, Mr. Gramlich is able to provide specialized solutions to tenants’ current real estate needs and business practices.
