Matthew Sullivan joined Colliers Arnold Orlando in 2001 as Managing Director in Orlando. He has been active in commercial real estate brokerage for 20 years. His primary focuses are industrial transactions as well as managing the Orlando office operations by providing leadership, sales management and his expertise of the Central Florida Market.
Mr. Sullivan was previously President of The Sullivan Group in Orlando, Florida and was responsible for all corporate activities, including, but not limited to directing the brokerage, leasing, management and development activities. The brokerage company specialized in the sales and leasing of commercial, office and industrial properties as well as vacant land. Mr. Sullivan is actively involved in the development and ownership of commercial properties throughout Central Florida. Currently, Mr. Sullivan has in excess of $20,000,000 worth of projects in various stages of development. Concentrating in value-added type projects, Mr. Sullivan acquires existing properties and through the management and leasing expertise, creates value for himself and his investors.
