Mary Clare Codd has been in the commercial real estate business for over 20 years.  In that period of time, she has been actively involved in the sale, leasing, management and development of office and industrial buildings and suburban business parks.

Active member of the Real Estate Investment Council, Tampa Chamber of Commerce; Committee of 100 Business Retention Committee, Westshore Alliance; Volunteer work with Gasparilla Arts Festiva; The Spring; and Board Member of Jefferson High School International Business Program.

Licensed real estate broker in Florida and New York.

Education

B.A. from Monmouth University with a major in Political Science and a minor in Business Leadership Westshore; Continuing Education via SIOR, NACORE, NAIOP, Syracuse University, and State of Florida Continuing Education courses.

Her list of accomplishments includes the leasing of over four million square feet with a value of $350,000,000 and the sale of over $100,000,000 in property.

Mary Clare has leased or sold over 350,000 square feet of office space in the past 18 months.  Recent sales, leases and build-to-suit projects have been completed throughout the Westshore, downtown Tampa, I-75 Corridor, and Northwest/Airport areas of Tampa Bay. 

Mary Clare has successfully worked with clients with requirements from 1,000 sf to 350,000 sf.  Repeat clients are an important part of her business.  When working with clients, she uses a clear and concise understanding of past, present and future market trends to advise her clients on the most cost effective terms, the connectivity available at the buildings or sites, the available economic assistance programs, timing, mapping, space efficiency, construction costs, selection of contractors, engineers, and architects, marketing plans, and positioning of properties within a marketplace to achieve the best return.
