As Senior Manager for our Maui leasing activities, Mr. Kenney serves as the primary point of contact for our Company’s leasing, renewal and sale transactions on Maui. Business and educational background
Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Mr. Kenney worked as a Leasing Manager for Maui Land & Pineapple Company where he was responsible for all leasing activity for Queen Ka’ahumanu Center and Napili Plaza. Leases negotiated under his supervision were: Hot Topic, Wet Seal, American Eagle Outfitters, U.S. Government, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Kay Jewelers, Sbarro, Motherhood, Nextel, Voicestream and Kamehameha Schools. Mr. Kenney was also a partner in the Maui Venture Capital Company where he developed the Banyan Inn Market Place, developed 444 Hana Highway, and renovated and released the Kobatake Building. Mr. Kenney is a professionally licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Hawaii, a member of ICSC, and a graduate of San Jose State University.  He also finds time to serve on the Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center Board.
