Colliers PKF Hospitality Research owns the database for Trends® in the Hotel Industry, a statistical review of U.S. hotel operations. Trends has been used since 1935 by industry professionals, financial institutions, developers and investors in making informed decisions. Customized research projects are also provided. The hospitality research team has the technical capacity to conduct customer research, the analytical skills to interpret the data and the access to industry data.
