Hotel Brokerage
Matching the right product to the needs of the purchaser. This is a combination of not only our technical knowledge but also our marketing techniques. For example, preparing a property, putting it to appropriate purchasers and then placing these purchasers in competitive situations.
Using our extensive knowledge together with a selective “stock list” which includes properties both publicly marketed and off the market, businesses are provided with a pool of investment opportunities and vendors with appropriate purchasers. We are able to place properties in both the international and local markets. All appointments receive the concentration of senior resources.
Valuation and Advisory Services
We are able to combine local knowledge with specialist expertise and have extensive experience available. We are able to assist in operator and market analysis, financial feasibilities and in the negotiations of financial arrangements, developing project concepts and strategic marketing opportunities. These individuals have substantial international experience and an in-depth understanding of hotel operations and the market.
Research
Supporting the above is our research capacity. This involves not only the maintenance of extensive databases on various aspects of the market but also preparing market reports and commentaries and forecasting future trends.
