With the addition of the Project Management team, Colliers will be able to deliver a broader range of services to its clients, such as project management, investment planning, due diligence, cost analysis, the preparation of technical documentation, the organization of tenders, conducting negotiations with subcontractors and vendors, supervising construction works and overall coordination of the investment process.

The new members of the team are former employees of Europrojekt S.C. - a local project management firm which has been operating in the Polish market since 1994.

At Europrojekt, they opened 62 McDonald’s restaurants, 18 Tesco shops, 15 shops for Zara, Vision Express, Smyk and Jeans Club and built factories for ICI, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, S.C. Johnson Poland, etc.
