Schwarz Pharma, an international pharmaceutical company, has leased 900 sqm. of modern warehouse space in Zeran Park II, an industrial development in Warsaw. In the lease transaction Schwarz Pharma was represented by Colliers International Poland’s Industrial department.

Zeran Park II is an office and distribution park located in the northern district of Bialoleka, close to major routes leading to all national destinations. The project is comprised of 3 buildings offering a total area of 36,000 sqm. and combines into the office, warehousing and light industrial hub. In 2008 Zeran Park II will be enlarged by building D, offering additional 16,000 sqm of warehouse space.

Colliers International Poland’s industrial department specializes in tenant representation. Its services include coordination of the relocation process, renegotiation of lease terms and the expansion of warehouse and industrial space. Among the largest clients of the department are: Pregis, Fiege, Sonoco, Schneider Electric, Nestle, MEFA, CAT LC Polska and Trade Trans Forwarding Ltd.
