The Office Agency Department at Colliers International was an exclusive adviser to Sanofi-Aventis in lease negotiations for new office space at North Gate in Warsaw.

Colliers International represented Sanofi-Aventis, the biggest pharmaceutical company in Europe, in the process of leasing the office space at North Gate.

North Gate is a Class A office building with office space located on 24 upper floors and 3 underground levels. The 30.000 sqm of space offers all the features that can be expected from a modern building designed to Western European Standards.

North Gate is located in the northern borders of city center at ul. Bonifraterska, a neighbourhood of the historical part of Warsaw, close to the Old Town and R. Traugutt Park. This attractive area can be easily reached both by public and private transport. The building is situated next to Polonia Football Club, which offers a wide variety of sports attractions, and to the IBIS Hotel and Arkadia Shopping Centre.

Sanofi-Avensis will move to the new office in December 2008 and will occupy 5.500 sqm.
