Colliers International has signed a contract to manage Norway House – an A class office building located in Warsaw. Colliers will render both property management and asset management services.

Norway House is conveniently located in the heart of Warsaw, situated at the intersection of ul. Lwowska and ul. Koszykowa, a prime location in central Warsaw. Within easy reach are IPC Business Center, Warsaw Polytechnic, a host of embassies, and major road arteries, such as ul. Marszałkowska and Al. Niepodległości. Furthermore, the Politechnika subway station is just a 5 minute walk away.

Norway House provides 8,000 sqm (gross) of high quality office space over seven-storeys, two levels of retails space and 60 spaces on a secure underground car-park.

Pramerica Real Estate Investors (Luxembourg) S.A., the owner of the building, has chosen Colliers International to manage its another office building.
