At the beginning of 2008 Colliers International Poland launched its Land Department, managed by Daniel Puchalski and Karol Osiecki.
Daniel Puchalski has been working for Colliers since January 2007 having started in the position of Associate in the Investment Advisory Group. Now, in the Land Department he advises clients involved with land investments for office, retail, residential and hotel projects. Karol Osiecki, who has been working for Colliers since October 2006, and previously at Globe Trade Center SA, advises on logistics and industrial projects.
Recently, the Land Department has welcomed two new professionals: Emil Domeracki and Cezary Janicki. Emil Domeracki has taken the position of Land Acquisition Specialist and will be cooperating with developers when looking for plots for residential projects. Before joining Colliers, Emil worked for emFinanse Sp. z o.o. (part of the BRE Bank group), creating and then subsequently managing divisions offering mortgage products. He has also gained professional experience working for Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., Bank BPH Hipoteczny and HypoVereinsbank Bank Hipoteczny S.A.
Cezary Janicki is responsible for delivering reports and financial analysis for real estate investments, as well as financial forecasts for particular investments. His experience includes supervising a project team in a real estate agency and collaborating with a Spanish developer on land acquisitions and creating financial analysis reports for residential investments.
By launching the Land Department Colliers International Poland has taken a further important step to develop its position on the Polish market, and to meet an ever greater range of client requirements.
