Colliers International have secured Cerro Torre as a tenant for Marino Shopping Center in Wrocław.

Cerro Torre is a chain of big format shops offering sport and tourist products, including clothing, shoes, tents, sleeping-bags and other accessories. Cerro Torre is present in Kraków, Wrocław, Katowice, Legnica, Zabrze and Radom. The opening of other shops in Poland is palnned in Warsaw (Klif) and Bialsko Biała (Gemini Park). The presence of Cerro Torre in Wrocław will be strengthened by 700 sqm of retail space in Marino Shopping Center.

The grand opening of CH Marino is planned for October 2008. This shopping center offers 20,000 sqm of retail space and is far different from the retail object that was functioning as CH Marino in the 1990’s. Tenants of the new Shopping Center Marino include Tesco, Komfrot, Mix Electronics, Douglas, TAKKO Fashion, Tiimari, Monnari, Molton, Pabia, Sunset Suites, Kolpolter, Deichman, Venezia, Vision Express, CCC, 5-10-15, Empik Café.

Shopping Center Marino is not fully leased yet, there are still some retail spaces to offer.

In the transaction, the Retail Department of Colliers International represented the owner of Shopping Center Marino – Rafael Investment Sp. z o.o., which cooperates with RE Investment (known also as the investor for Odra Tower apartments)
