The Office Agency department at Colliers International represented Altkom in lease negotiations for the new office space located at Malta Office Park in Poznań.

Malta Office Park is a modern office complex located in Poznan at Arcybiskupa Baraniaka street. Altkom has leased the whole floor one of the buildings, amounting to almost 740 sqm. The office complex, when completed, will consist of 6 separate office buildings. The development is currently in the second phase, which consists of 2 buildings, the first one of which will be ready in the second half of 2009, and the second one in the second part of 2010.
