  Case Studies

The Colliers CRE Valuation team provides a fast and cost-effective service, which can be tailored to the needs of individual occupier or landlord clients.  All valuations are market-based and carefully researched, and provide accurate forecasting of future value as well as current value. We consistently add value by identifying opportunities for tax efficiency and enhanced performance.

Investment
We provide monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual valuations of portfolios ranging from a few million pounds up to several billion.  Properties with an aggregate value of more than £10 billion are valued annually for institutions and property companies.  We also provide pre-purchase due diligence and valuation reports for all types of properties.

Lending
We value all types of buildings, from the corner shop to City of London multi-let offices.

Companies
Valuations are undertaken on property portfolios for accounts, tax, debenture or acquisition and sales purposes.  We also provide advice to companies relating to takeovers, mergers and flotations.

MBIs and MBOs
We provide advice for Management buy-ins and Management buy-outs, which includes the evaluation of running costs of property portfolios, head office overheads and property-related input into business plans.
