Traditionally, surveyors have provided a rating service which focused on challenging rateable values and providing general advice, while clients were left to deal with the payment of non-domestic rates. At Colliers CRE,we provide our corporate clients with a comprehensive service, taking full responsibility for the entire rates function, of which the appeals process is only one of the tools used to minimise the rate burden.
