Leasing & Development

The leasing & development team is currently involved in more than 30 shopping centres throughout the UK, working for a diverse range of clients, including private property companies joint ventures and major institutions. Our dedicated team focuses on continual reassessment of tenant mix, identifying opportunities for further development and advising on refurbishment and extensions.  The team also specialises in new developments, providing a full service such as, site identification, design issues, funding, project management and leasing strategy. 

Asset & Property Management

As well as working closely with our leasing and development teams in developing asset management strategy, our management specialists take responsibility for all operational issues, including service charge, rent collection and management of lease renewals and rent reviews.  They also act as a central point of communication and customer care for clients and tenants alike

Investment

As well as acquisitions and disposals, we provide advice on the development of new in-town and out-of-town retail and leisure schemes and can review or create strategies for shopping centre portfolio investment.  Our advice extends to indirect property investment vehicles, such as limited partnerships. We also analyse investment performance and provide strategic reviews of individual centres, including financial analysis and cashflow forecasting, using the most up-to-date IRR modelling techniques.
