The department plays an active role in the preparation of the annual
Midsummer Retail Report and the In Town Retail Rents Map and Database. The rental data is used to produce a set of 9 research papers which analyse rental performance throughout the UK. These are published to support the Colliers CRE regional office network.

We also publish an annual London Retail Rents Map, research papers for Out of Town Retail, and have collaborated with Footfall to develop a new Shopping Centre Rent Model.

During 2007 we intend to publish new research on retail voids, both nationally and within the important central London retail market. We also maintain an up-to-date Shopping Centre Development Pipeline database, which generates further occasional research papers.
