Developer Baker Investment Properties obtained planning consent to convert this highly stylised stone-faced building into office space.
Vista was engaged to design and project manage the conversion scheme, which involved vertical separation into 12 self-contained freehold units, ranging in size from 1,000 to 4,000 sq ft.
The extensive grounds and generous parking provision add to the feeling of space and tranquillity. The development proved popular and all units are occupied.
