A unique, dedicated, database, which enables the Health & Safety team to co-ordinate key dates and events for individual properties or portfolios.

The Colliers CRE team has developed a generic system of manuals and logbooks, which can be tailored to make them site-specific and to take account of changing legislation and best practice.

Specialist Services
The team has forged strong relationships with a number of specialist health & safety consultants offering a wide range of services at competitive rates.  These include issues such as general, fire and water risk assessments, asbestos surveys, as well as staff training and development.

Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995
The Colliers CRE health & safety and building consultancy departments have formed a specialist team to carry out DDA Surveys/Audits and make recommendations for necessary alterations or provisions.

Environmental Policy
Colliers CRE is taking the lead in introducing environmental best practice in the properties it manages.  The health & safety team is already involved in several initiatives with clients to determine the impact of certain types of property and related operations, and to subsequently establish appropriate measures to reduce energy consumption, waste and pollution.
