Investment Property Management

This department will be responsible for Investment Property Management across the United Kingdom. The department will be divided into client focused teams which will work, in each case, closely with individuals in other departments so as to achieve maximum service and added value for each client. Major clients include British Land, Morley, Schroders and Kenmore. 

Corporate Solutions

Our occupier management and corporate services functions will now be merged into a new department called ‘Corporate Solutions’ (a name in line with similar functions found in other Colliers firms overseas).

The team will operate principally in the UKand also in Continental Europe and will work particularly closely with other occupier orientated functions within the Company so as to provide seamless corporate solutions to our occupier clients and those of other Colliers firms.  Major clients include: Abbey, Nationwide and Fujitsu. 

Property Management Accounts

This department will be a separate unit providing service to each of the Investment Property Management and Corporate Solutions departments.
