CICSE is owned jointly by all Colliers International’s EMEA member companies, though its majority owner is Colliers CRE, one of the UK’s largest and most respected real estate advisory practices.

CICSE evolved from Colliers CRE’s award-winning corporate real estate services team, whose staff are now permanently seconded to the new company.  Headquarters in London, CICSE co-ordinates its services through 57 European offices, each with its own dedicated team of corporate services professionals.

CICSE provides consultancy and transactional advice on European and global portfolios for blue-chip corporations across a range of business sectors, including Cisco, FedEx, Black & Decker, Procter & Gamble and Oracle.  Clients can choose from a full menu of services, covering occupational cost/finance, letting and investment transactions, as well as consultancy services such as IT/database implementation, standardised working practices, relocation and bench-marking studies.  The fundamental aim of the CICSE team is to help clients to ensure that their real estate portfolios perform an active part in meeting both the needs and overall business objectives of their organisation.
