In respect of Doncaster, we undertook a detailed site search of the Town identifying a number of opportunities which were suitable for their use.
After a property was identified we completed swift negotiations and agreed a deal in relation to Brunel Trade Park. Before the client instructed solicitors we prepared a pre acquisition report detailing all the salient issues. This process enabled a more efficient transaction.
