Colliers CRE plc, one of the UK's top ten real estate advisory organisations, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Munns to its Board as non-executive director, with immediate effect.

David Munns (42) is currently Group Finance Director at Rocco Forte Hotels, a post he has held for the last three years.  Prior to Rocco Forte Hotels, David was Chief Financial Officer for the Financial Times Group and before that he worked as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Pearson PLC.  David's earlier career included corporate finance work at Ernst & Young having previously qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG. 

Commenting on the appointment, Sir John Ritblat, Chairman of Colliers CRE plc said:

"I am delighted to welcome David to the Board.  He brings with him a wealth of relevant experience not least of an international company in a specialist property sector. He will be a great asset." 

This is Colliers CRE's second new Board appointment this year.  Christopher Newell joined as a non-executive director on 15 May 2007.
