Colliers CRE was incorporated at Companies House, London (company number 4195561), and is registered in England and Wales.
Originally called Fitzhardinge PLC, the group was incorporated on 6th April 2001 and changed it's name by special resolution to Colliers CRE plc on 22nd October 2004.

Colliers CRE plc is a leading provider of real estate consultancy services in all major commercial areas of chartered surveying. The company offers a broad range of consultancy services to UK and international clients, delivered through specialist sector teams working together to provide an integrated service.
Trading as Colliers CRE in its principal business as chartered surveyors, the group trades as Colliers Robert Barry in its specialist business as hotel agents. The group also owns 21% of Touchstone Asset Management Limited, a residential property management business.
Other activities include:
- Colliers Capital UK , (FSA authorised and regulated) which provides bespoke property fund management services together with advice on corporate property and asset-backed transactions.
- Deanwater Estates, a co-investment business with minority equity shareholdings in companies alongside joint venture partners.
- Locum Consulting Group Limited, a specialist destination consultancy.
