Our employees are the most important key to the success of our business.  The high levels of service we offer to our clients depend upon the professional knowledge and expertise of our people, as well as their ability to apply these attributes to individual projects.

Colliers CRE has been awarded the Investors in People Standard, for the way in which it has applied the principle of improving performance and realising business objectives through the effective management and development of people.

As part of that initiative, we encourage all of our employees to stay up to date with changing working practices and new developments, by offering a programme of training and other career development opportunities.

In turn, this enables our employees to help our business to learn from their experiences and to continually develop and improve. One recent initiative, in 2005, was a comprehensive employee survey, undertaken by an independent consultant.  The survey involved both face-to-face interviews and a series of questionnaires, designed to identify ways in which our entire organisation could better interact and work together.
