We try to create and sustain relationships with our suppliers that:

• are based upon objective, transparent criteria, both at selection stage and ongoing
• can be characterised as being fair and ethical
• are open and honest in the way in which they are run
• create a collaborative environment, in which improvements in performance are encouraged and supported

In return, we look to our suppliers to conduct their business:

• in ways that respect the social, environmental and ethical concerns of our company and our clients
• in association with other suppliers that are equally respectful of such concerns
• according to best practice in corporate governance and risk management

We are undertaking a number of initiatives to integrate these commitments into our business operations, both with new and longstanding suppliers.
