Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct has been built around the principles of integrity, respect, professionalism and accountability.  It provides all of our employees with clear guidance on the issues relating to the commitment we have undertaken and how they can help to upkeep it.

As well as providing guidelines, we are taking practical steps to ensure that the principles of ethical conduct are not just understood by our employees, but are made a part of their everyday work.  An ethics workshop resulted in several changes being made to company policies. We are currently enhancing how our intranet site helps employees to more easily access information about ethical issues and the policies we have in place to manage them.
