In Kyiv, Colliers International has signed an exclusive agreement with Azorim Group to provide consulting and agency services for its Poznyaky Boulevard development, for which Colliers also provided the architectural concept. The scheme is located at one of the most densely populated areas in Kyiv – Kharkivsky District.

The 60,600 sqm (652,056 sqft) shopping and entertainment centre (GLA - 28,000 sqm/301,280 sqft) has a primary catchment area of 320,000 people and secondary catchment area of more than 600,000. The development will be anchored by a supermarket, cinema and bowling alley, and is scheduled to open in Q1 2011.

Natalia Kravets, Director Retail Property Department Colliers International (Ukraine), states: “Kharkivsky district is the priority area for the retail segment due to its population, consisting of the young families with the middle and upper middle income – that is the best audience for the shopping centers. The project success will be mainly ensured by its perfect transport and visual accessibility as well as its professional concept”.
