Colliers International represented Beiersdorf Ukraine LLC, the leading international cosmetics producer in leasing of 1,066 sqm of office space in business centre Micom Palace located at 27 Dehtyarivska Street.
Advised by Colliers International a large international finance group has leased 1,300 sqm of office premises in business center on 25 Sahaidachnoho Street.
Representing the Landlord, Tiko Construction development company, Colliers International leased out over 1,200 sqm of office space in Karat business center (110 Zhilianskaya Street) to GLD Invest Group, Abbott, BM Bank.
On behalf of the Landlord of Platinum business center (3A Hrynchenko Street), Colliers International leased out over 250 sqm of office space to WizzAir, international airlines (http://wizzair.com). Advised by Colliers International, ING Life Ukraine rented over 350 sqm of office premises in business center on 52 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street.
