One of the key pillars to the Colliers International business strategy is Service Excellence. To ensure delivery of excellent client service, Colliers has created the Regional Director of Service Excellence position and promoted Natalia Blagoeva to this role. Natalia will be responsible for developing incentive programs and connecting best practices that will help drive improved customer relations, referrals and satisfaction.
The first program that Natalia will be implementing is a customer loyalty metric program called the Net Promoter. This program was developed by Fred Reichheld, Bain & Company and Satmetrix and has been adopted by other large companies including P&G, GE, American Express, Allianz, Philips and more.
Natalia has been with Colliers for 18 years with her most recent position as the Director of Operations for Colliers International in South East Europe. She has also been the Managing Director of several countries in the region.
