The Anniversary celebration took place at TZAR night club on December the 6th.
Operating over 30 years on the global real estate market Colliers International remarkably increased its presence worldwide and gained a leading position on the market. The 10 successful years in Ukraine became a good reason to celebrate our joint achievements with the clients and partners.
We did have something to celebrate!
Over the 10 year period operating in Ukraine Colliers International provided services on assets valuation totaling $4,5 billion, consulting projects with GBA 4 million sqm, agency projects in retail, office and warehouse sectors with GBA 650,000 sqm, advised on investment transactions totaling $250 million.
The key audience of the event included our clients, partners and friends. the concept was ‘Real Estate – the art to create’. The anniversary party went successfully: remarkable audience, informal networking, nice atmosphere and jazz! 100 key market players were of attendance: top managers and shareholders of local and international developer companies, investment funds, major retail chains and so forth. Further to Kyiv representatives of Colliers International the colleagues from other European offices joined the celebration.
