Marketing Manager

Specialization: Complex marketing support to corporate activities and services

 

Main responsibilities:  

  • Development of the marketing strategy, corporate program and actions plans
  • Common organization and optimization of the marketing process
  • Support and organization of product related press briefings, conferences, etc
  • Distribution of product related information, press materials, and approved communication messages to the media
  • Development and control of the Marketing department budget
  • Cooperation with providers and agencies
  • Regular maintenance of business relations with the media
  • Become involved in copywriting, editing, marketing or any other relevant activities facilitating the company’s global marketing and communication efforts
  • Monitoring of all relevant international and Ukrainian events.

Main requirements: 

  • Female or male (25 - 40 years old)
  • University degree (preferably in marketing, economy, business)
  • 3 years+ experience in the marketing and public relations
  • Goal oriented, good negotiation skills
  • Excellent English skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent at time management, multitasking, presentation and communication skills, attentive to detail, work under stress, with a good sense of humour
  • Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Corel Draw, Internet)

 PR Manager

Main requirements:  

  • Female or male (25 - 40 years old)
  • University degree (preferably in marketing, economy, business)
  • 3 years + experience in the field of public relations
  • Excellent English skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in writing/editing PR texts
  • Excellent at time management, multitasking, presentation and communication skills, attentive to detail, work under stress, with a good sense of humour
  • Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Corel Draw, Internet)

Main responsibilities:

Consultant of Office/Retail /Industrial Property Department

Main requirements:

  • University degree(preferably in economics or management)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience within international company (service companies in B2B market segment is an advantage) 
  • Fluent English
  • Young professional with ambition
  • Personal skills:
    • excellent communication skills
    • strong presentation skills and persuasiveness
    • proven experience in negotiations withT op Management of international companies
    • purposefuland result oriented
    • Aspiration to acquire knowledge and professional experience

Certified Valuer

Main requirements:

  • Universitydegree in economics, financeand (or) in construction/real estate and land use planning
  • Fluent English
  • Valuation experience
  • Result oriented and hard-working
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Certificate to conduct real estate property valuation is a plus
  • Knowledge of international valuation standards ( + TEGoVA, RICS) is a plus

Junior Valuer

Main requirements:

  • University degree in economics, finance and (or) in construction/real estate, and land use planning (or upcoming graduates) 
  • Fluent English
  • Result oriented and hard-working
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Real estate or valuation experience is a plus

Junior real estate analyst (researcher)

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor media for real estate trends;
  • Compile and analyze internal and external data on retail/office/industrial/hotel property markets;
  • Regularly update and maintain information databases (retail, office, industrial, hotel properties);
  • Conduct field research;
  • Assist in developing property database;
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations;
  • Contribute to preparation of annual/semi-annual market reports;
  • Assist in preparation of consulting projects;

 Main requirements:

  • University Degree  in economy, marketing, sociology, and other related fields;
  • Previous experience in research area considered an advantage;
  • Fluent oral/ written English is a must;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Advanced PC user (MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point);
  • Hardworking and quick-learning personality;
  • Communicative and diligent.

Technical Specialist / Junior Development Consultant

Main requirements:

  • University degree in Techniques  (KSU, КАI, КPI or other) 
  • The knowledge of AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Photoshop and ArchiCad is a must 
  • Real experience with drafts correction 
  • Good oral and written English 
  • Good time management skills, organizational skills, hard working and readiness to development. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Technical support of concept development projects for Retail and multifunctional centers 
  • Development and correction of floor plans in AutoCAD 
  • Preparation the presentations of projects in PowerPoint 
  • Negotiations with clients and architecture firms 
  • Construction plans adaptations 
  • Control of quality the projects. 

Assistant to Consulting Department

Main responsibilities:

  • Assistance with preparation of analytical projects
  • Monitoring of news, information sources
  • Maintenance of databases
  • Field research
  • Translation
  • Organizational issues, clerical work 

Main requirements:

  • University education
  • Fluent English (!)
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office, Adobe packages)
  • Knowledge of clerical work
  • Character features: good interpersonal skills, intelligence, diligence, ability to handle multiple tasks, ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
  • Professional experience as assistant/coordinator position is a plus
